We all know of some girls who will go to any lengths

to get themselves noticed at the School Prom - usually for the wrong reasons!

Sometimes, just a little more restraint would be better!

it's sometimes difficult to know just where to start.

So, here are some tips:

Remember, don't overdo it with the make-up or the hair colour  - and leave the bow ties to the boys!

When you ask the hairdresser for a 'put-up' don't just leave it to them  - do try to be fairly specific about the style you really want!
